LERNSHOP

Visiting New York City
When the dollar is at a very low level, this doesn't please German car firms, but tourists like it very much. Thousands of them then plan to spend their holidays in the United States.
When they visit New York first, they are usually excited by the city traffic and all the famous sights in Manhattan. Especially when they go up the World Trade Center in one of the express elevators they have an excellent view of the whole island with thousands of buildings and streets.
Visitors have no trouble pointing out famous skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building which was the tallest building in the world for a long time.
They are equally surprised by the fact that Central Park takes up so much space in the centre of a city, where the prices for land are so very high. ...
